B2B company, working with a developer team and acting as a Senior Frontend Consultant. The project includes the creation of an internal Design system for UI components and leading refactor implementations on product design to improve outdated company styles.

A refactor isn't just a fresh coat of paint—it’s a new engine. I joined as a Contractor to lead a full-scale UI/UX Refactor and FE Architecture Overhaul. We stripped the UI to its studs. Our mission? Move from Feature-First to Workflow-First. The Goal: From "Idea" to "Recording" without paint points. I built and maintained a TypeScript-based Component Library using Atomic Design, creating a "Plug-and-Play" system for the internal team. Mentored the internal team on S.O.L.I.D. principles and Vue 3 Composables.

We didn't just deliver a new UI; we delivered an updated performing engineering platform. Today, MarketScale Studio isn't just "Software"—it’s a frictionless creative factory for content creation. Through hands-on mentorship and the implementation of modern design patterns, I transitioned the internal team from legacy maintenance to proactive, product-driven innovation.
